Portman Travel launches initiative for SME business clients

An initiative for small and medium enterprises clients across the UK and Ireland is being introduced today by Portman Travel.

The travel management company is providing new personalised service and account management offering to SME business travel clients.

By becoming members of the Portman Club, they have access to tailor-made promotions and special offers through a unique online portal.

Dedicated consultants will be able to ensure members benefit from all the buying power and technology normally associated with larger global clients.

The Portman Club has been designed and developed based on feedback from an initial 12-month trial.

The TMC’s operations vice-president John Dick said: “We have created Portman Club as the ultimate proposition for SMEs, enabling all members to take advantage of special rates and offers from hotels, airlines and a large range of ancillary products.

“The specially selected service team will offer a very personal and consistent service to all club members ensuring that the specific needs of this very important market are managed efficiently and professionally.”
