We have read the recent ARTAC Worldchoice story (Travel Weekly July 12) as well as the Letter of the Week by RW and GMA Hatt, of Lloyd Brothers, Oswestry about our work with the NatWest travel promotion.
We would like to correct the misinformation.
We at no stage suggest in promotionalliterature that participants should ‘pick up’ a holiday brochure from a travel agent to use in the NatWest holiday promotion. If a customer requires a specific brochure, we direct them to the operator’s brochure hotline. We are aprofessional, fully licensed and bonded agency as well as members of the Institute of SalesPromotion. All promotions are operated within legal and trade association guidelines.
