Hotels in London, Paris and Berlin are showing strong demand over the spring bank holiday weekend (May 23–25).
Data from hotel market intelligence provider TravelClick shows that more than half (56.3%) of Berlin’s hotel rooms are filled for the long weekend, with two-thirds booked for the night of Friday, May 23.
Half of London’s hotel rooms (48.6%) are also already filled for the same period.
Paris also has half of its rooms filled for the spring bank holiday, with committed occupancy at 48.6%, according to the company.
Madrid’s hotel bookings are up by 10.7% and demand remains strong in Rome, with four in 10 rooms (40.7%) filled for the bank holiday weekend.
Almost a quarter of rooms (23.3%) in Venice are also filled – an increase of 17% year on year.
