A second consumer-facing magazine is being published for members of the Travel Network Group.
The first edition of Holiday Deals will be sent out this week, targeted at mass-market travellers with offers on a range of holiday types.
The magazine complements the consortium’s recently launched Discovery magazine, which is aimed at the top end of the market and those looking for a more adventurous travel experience.
Holiday Deals is personalised to each member with their address/phone/email details and relevant Abta or TTA logo.
More than 130 members will be sent free copies of the magazine, which they can send to their clients.
All the offers in the publication are available on Worldchoicetravel.co.uk and on the group’s in-house dynamic packaging system, Honeycomb.
Members will also receive the magazine as an e-brochure which is personalised with their call to action.
Group marketing director Si Prentice said: “We have developed Holiday Deals to complement Discovery and these magazines, together with all the other initiatives we offer, mean we now offer a far greater range of marketing materials to members than ever before.
“All the offers in the new magazine are unique to us, offering members a real opportunity to target segments of their local customer groups.”
He added: “This new magazine fully supports the consumer e-shots we send to members each week.
“By sending out six offers on an email, personalised to each member, they can target their customers and use it as an opportunity to engage them in a discussion around their next holiday.”
The group tracks the success of its marketing activities and claims the response rate for all its new magazines and consumer e-shots has been positive.
Prentice said: “We have seen a steady increase in members making use of the e-shots and thanks to our webinar programme, which offers business development sessions for members, we have held live sessions on how to forward e-shots on to customers.”
