STRANGE queries have been coming into Airtours’ Holiday Services helpdesk.
A lady rang in to enquire if she could take some bread on her flight.
Thinking it was for a special diet, the staff acted sympathetically and asked how much she was planning to bring.
“Oh, only a small bag of crumbs so I can feed the birds while we are flying,” she said.
Surely the strangest request the 150-strong team have had out of their 8,000 daily calls.
