Former Tui Travel strategy, mergers and acquisitions director, Jonathan Hill (pictured), has been named by Saga as group chief financial officer designate.
He joined the over-50s travel and services group yesterday as an executive director.
Hill moves after almost five years as group finance director at Bovis Homes.
Previously, he spent almost six years at Tui, starting as specialist holidays sector finance director.
Saga chief executive, Lance Batchelor, said: “We are delighted to have attracted someone of Jonathan’s experience and calibre to Saga.
“He will be a valuable member of the leadership team that takes the business through the next stage of its development as a public company.
“He is an accomplished plc business leader whose strong track record will underpin our growth strategy with a continued focus on a capital-efficient model and high levels of cash generation.”
Hill replaces Stuart Howard, who has decided to retire after 15 years as group chief financial officer.
