Lyden Ramdhanny has been named as the new chairman of Grenada Board of Tourism. He has been at the GBT since 1991 when he joined as one of its directors.


Peter Middleton has been appointed as chairman of Luton Airport. Previous roles include a non-executive directorship at BAA, and chief executive of Thomas Cook when the agent was a subsidiary of Midland Bank.


Jo Pickering has joined Yorkshire Tourist Board as corporate communications manager. She has held many marketing roles, most recently in manufacturing as a marketing executive.


Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts has appointed Iain Millar as regional training manager UK. He will be responsible for training for the company’s five hotels in the UK. Millar previously worked for recruitment agency Portfolio.


Richard Moitie has been appointed as operations manager for aviation and airport services at Birmingham International Airport. He has transferred from Manchester Airport.


Accor Hotels UK has appointed Helen Smith as marketing manager where she will be responsible for business and leisure marketing programmes, particularly for the Novotel brand.
