Radisson invests £4.5M in hotel upgrade
Radisson is investing £4.5m in refurbishing and renovating the 123-room SAS Portman Hotel London.
The first phase of work will be completed by early July and the second phase will be completed May next year.
Bass Hotels expands Holiday Inn brand
Bass Hotels and Resorts is expanding its Holiday Inn Resort hotel brand to Guam, opening the 251-room Holiday Inn Resort Guam in May. The former Parc Hotel will be renovated and rebranded following the management agreement signed with Five D Enterprises, Six D Enterprises and Eulogio Del Carment, the owners of the 251-room resort, located 10mins from GuamInternational Airport.
Hotels ConXions adds Las Vegas club
Hotels Conxions, a division of Take Time To Travel, has added the Las Vegas Club Hotel and Casino, to its hotel booking service.
Golden Tulip spends £1.5m on refurbishment
The Golden Tulip Efteling Hotel will be undergoing a £1.5m refurbishment programme starting April 20. The restaurant and kitchens will be entirely rebuilt and rooms will get new carpets, closets and bedspreads. A new shop selling Efteling products is also being built next to the lobby. The new conference room has recently opened and Efteling will open for the summer season on April 20 through to October 29.
Oriel Leisure gains new site near Lichfield
Oriel Leisure, the UK budget hotel company,has acquired a 1.5 acre site nearLichfield for the £4.1m development of a new Express by Holiday Inn hotel. When complete the new property will have 103 rooms.
