• The competition is open from Monday 28th September 2015 and will close at 12pm midnight (GMT) on Thursday 29th October 2015. Entries submitted after this date will not be entered into the draw.
• The winner will be selected at random.
• Incentive is open to all UK based travel agents.
• The winner will be notified via contact details submitted in the prize draw entry form within two days of the competition closing.
• The winner agrees to be available for PR opportunities if required.
• Contact details submitted by the entrant may be used for future communications from Tourism Australia, Tourism Events Queensland, Destination New South Wales and Virgin Australia.
• Itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of Tourism Australia at any time up until departure
• Flights include a return economy class seat with selected airline and are inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharge from London Heathrow. Subject to availability.
• Transfers and associated costs are not included.
• Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Winners is responsible for making sure they are adequately insured.
• Winners is responsible for obtaining any visa required to travel to Australia.
• Winner is responsible for payment of any additional items not included in the prize (e.g. hotel laundry, mini bar, room service, telephone calls etc).
• Flights cannot be upgraded and winners are not eligible to earn Airline rewards for their flights with this prize.
