Business travel firm CTI makes raft of senior appointments

Regional business travel company CTI has made a raft of senior appointments to strengthen its customer service and operational capabilities.


Patricia Stanier moves from HRG to become general manager, helping to oversee the company’s five offices with responsibility for day-to-day operations, client service delivery and staff performance.


Sue Holmes joins as head of management information Systems following a career in software development in financial services and legal firms.


Former head of multi-national sales, Mike Jones, is promoted to sales director.


Anne-Marie Crawford moves to the new role of director of client management & sales – hotels, taking responsibility for service delivery for CTI hotels’ clients.


Matt Lambert, formerly manager of CTI’s Hull office, has been promoted to travel operations director, managing air supplier relations along with travel processes and internal systems.


The Manchester-based company has offices in London, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool and Hull and was formed from the merger of the TD Travel Group and hotel booking agent Hotelscene in 2013.


Company chief executive, Clive Wratten, said: “Our business is constantly evolving to ensure that our teams hold the most appropriate and effective roles. Recruiting and promoting is a key part of maintaining that the people are an essential ingredient to the success of CTI.”
