Ayscough Travel has won the travel account ofsoftware company Inktomie which has a travel spend of around ú300,000 but is expected to double this over the coming year. The account will be serviced by Ayscough’s London office.



n city airport to open business help desk



London City Airport has opened a help desk for business travellers to find



hotel accommodation in London, the rest of the UKand overseas. The desk is being operated by British Hotel ReservationsCentres and is located next to the arrivals gate. The service can also be accessed through atoll-free number 0800 783 4070.



n Britannic agreesgemini consulting deal



Britannic Travel has won the travel account of management consultancy group Gemini Consulting from the MSW Group. The account will be managed by an outplant team of five headed by Sutindar Mahal.



n singapore airlines upgrades headphones



Singapore Airlines isintroducing DolbyHeadphone technology across all of its classes on May 1. The airline claims it will be the first time the technology will be available anywhere in the world.
