WE ALL know there is no love lost between ABTA and the airlines who have squabbled regularly for the past year.
But when Newman Street chief executive Ian Reynolds walked in with a shiner last week, hushed staff presumed the words had boiled over into an all-out brawl.
After a good deal of explaining, Reynolds managed to persuade everyone that he suffered his black eye while on a skiing holiday.
Apparently, as he made a right turn, Reynolds failed to see a young skier darting down the slopes on his blind side.
