n golden tulip expands with privilege dead sea



Golden Tulip is opening a five-star property at the Dead Sea in mid-April. The Golden Tulip Privilege Dead Sea will have306 rooms and suites, a conference hall for up to 580delegates, a spa with various treatments, solarium,gymnastics room and bowling alley. Special features include a French wine bar and Scottish bar. Double occupancy rack rates start from $250. The Dutch group already has fiveproperties in Israel, including the Laromme Hotel in Jerusalem.



n Radisson ladies gets special treatment



Radisson Moriah has launched a care programme, called Global Lady, for businesswomen staying at its hotels. Guests can have fitness equipment installed in their bedroom, be escorted to their room after check-in and have beauty and hair treatments in their room. Global Lady is offered at the Radisson Moriah Plaza in Tel Aviv, but will be added to the group’s hotels in Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, Eilat and Tiberias by May.



n queen of sheba prepares for grand opening



Hilton’s new Queen of Sheba Hotel in Eilat is scheduled to open in the first quarter of next year. On the North Beach shore, it will have 200 rooms and 200 apartments, six restaurants, meeting rooms and a swimming pool shaped like an amphitheatre.
