ROYALCaribbean International is to put its ship Enchantment of the Seas into dry dock two months earlier than plan- ned after securing the necessary parts sooner than anticipated.
It was due to be dry-docked on May 17 for repairs following an engine failure earlier this month which caused minor changes to its itinerary.
The repairs will take six weeks to complete and all sailings scheduled until April 25 will be cancelled.
Guests booked on the March 21-28 sailing will be rebooked on another cruise and will receive a 50% discount on a Royal Caribbean or Celebrity cruise until April 30 2000.
Those on the March 28-April 25 sailings will receive a full refund and a discount on a future cruise of ú325-ú475 depending on the booking.
Meanwhile, sister ship Monarch of the Seas has returned to full service after being out of action for 65 days.
It was repaired and upgraded after being damaged by an underwater sandbank off St Maarten.
