I WOULD like to compliment Brian Richards on the excellent feature on Croatia and our neighbour Slovenia (Travel Weekly March 8).
However, your readers should note the language spoken in Croatia is now Croatian – not Serbo Croat.
This is important since visitors using outdated phrase books may find them useless in many respects.
A list of common phrases for holidaymakers is available, free of charge to agents, from this office on request.
