HILLGATE Travel has employed eight graduate trainees at its Cardiff European Reservations Centre after they successful completed the agency’s custom-madetraining course.
The trainees were the first to undertake the specially designed programme, which covered British Airways Fares 1, ATOC, Sabre, geography, supplier training on hotels, airlines and rail and telephone technique. The course also covered Hillgate’s technology systems and gave trainees an introduction to its culture. The trainees are working towards the NVQ II in Business Travel.
