LUXURY cruiseline Silversea Cruises is launching a loyalty scheme for the 250 agents which generate the majority of its business.
The scheme, to be named Circle of Excellence, will have four tiers of membership – platinum, gold, silver and associate.
To qualify as an associate for this year, an agent needs to have generated ú30,000 worth of revenue in 1998. This is roughly equivalent to selling two suites on a Silversea ship. Participating agents will receive benefits including enhanced commission, dedicated sales material and promotions that are exclusive to them.
