Bass Hotels and Resorts has promoted president of Holiday Inn North America, Craig Hunt, to the new position of vice-chairman. John Sweetwood, formerly president of Holiday Inn Express, North America, has become president of Holiday Inn brands North America.
Kempinski Hotels and Resorts has appointed Evert Schuele as conference and incentive sales manager at its London sales office. He joins from the Kempinski Hotel Sporting Club, Berlin where he was director of sales.
