n BTI appoints new director of accounts



BTI UK has appointed Andrew Perolls as director of account management, with responsibility for the agency’s major corporate travel clients. He joined the company last year as one of four regional account management teams. BTI has appointed three new account managers, Matthew Pancaldi, Karen Hutchings and Julia Heesterman.



n Inter-continental expands programme



Inter-Continental and Crowne Plaza hotels have extended their Business Options programme to corporate clients to offer 50% off accommodation. The offer applies toguests on a Friday, Saturday or Sundaynight when stayingone or more nights during the week. Business Options also include an upgrade to a club level or junior suite, bonus points, frequent flyer miles or breakfast for two.



n Ayscough wins Prime response account



Ayscough Travel has won the £700,000business travelaccount of software solutions provider Prime Response, which has a UKoffice in London.The account will be serviced from Ayscough’s Heathrow travel management centre. Meanwhile, Ayscough Travel has launched its Regional Rail Unit at its Burnley Travel Management Centre after identifying a need for the facility among its client base and staff.
