Stop moaning and get on with the cleaning
I have read the latest Letters page in Travel Weekly regarding the cleaning argument.The member of staff said she thinks Going Places wants too much from their travel advisers and they can’t fit in anything else? I agree that some of the things happening such as the new pay scheme have been delayed. But does everyone think that the grass is greener with other companies?
There are always going to be things going on within firms that could be improved. As far as staff turnover is concerned, I’m a shop manager of a large shop and have seen a lot of turnover of staff in the area including my shop. What’s the problem? Travel will always be like this.
People should stop moaning and get on with the job they are paid to do. If they are not happy, then they should hand in their notice and let the staff trying to work get on with it.
