n kenya airways adds two nairobi non-stopsKenya Airways has increased its capacity between London and Nairobi by 13% with the launch of two additional non-stop flights a week from Heathrow, giving it a total of seven rotations a week. Previously, Kenya Airways offered eight flights a week from London but three of the flights operated via Amsterdam.
n south african service to get BA beds
Services to South Africa will be among the first to get British Airways’ new fully flat bed in first class and a new fourth cabin between economy and business class. The innovations, which are part of a total refurbishment of BA’s long-haul fleet, have already been introduced on Heathrow-New York services.
n hamilton travel’s lufthansa option
Consolidator Hamilton Travel is able to sell business-class fares on Lufthansa’s flights between the UK and Africa for the first time after signing a new deal with the carrier. Sample fares include Birmingham and East Midlands to Johannesburg from £1,395 return, and from Heathrow, London City, Birmingham and Manchester to Windhoek from £1,912 return.
