Abercrombie & Kent Villas is offering 100% refunds or no-fee postponements if customers cannot travel due to government travel advice or quarantine requirements.
The accommodation specialist’s Extra Flex policy, which launched this week, applies to more than 70 villas, in Italy, France, Greece, Spain and Croatia.
It has also cut deposits to 20% from 30%.
A&K Villas said: “Given the everchanging situation, booking flexibility and reassurance around refunds remain the key consideration for clients.”

“We all need something to look forward to, and now you can book, safe in the knowledge that they won’t lose out should the unexpected occur.”

Booking large family-sized villas for summer 2021 is proving “a challenge” because of how popular multi-generational travel has become, A&K Villas added.
“There are still plenty of people holding out for that well-earned break,” it said.
A&K Villas also reported that secluded homes “away from the crowds” are among the top requests from customers.
