Ryanair is to operate a domestic link between Newquay and Stansted as part of its largest winter schedule from Cornwall.
Flights will operate twice a week from December 17 in addition to services to Alicante, Dublin, Faro, and Malaga.
The expanded winter schedule aims to support year-round tourism to Cornwall with more than 120 jobs.
The no-frills carrier claims the expansion provides the opportunity to grow traffic at Newquay to more than 200,000 passengers a year.
A spokesperson said: “Ryanair is pleased to build on our biggest ever winter schedule for Cornwall with the addition of our new London-Stansted route for winter ’23-’24, providing even more choice and value to our customers in the southwest.
“We first introduced our Cornwall-Stansted route for summer ’23, and having seen such strong demand, we decided to bring it back for the winter season too.”
