Ryanair is running a recruitment drive for 150 cabin crew to join its Stansted base.
Three jobs events are being held in the region this month by the no-frills carrier as it seeks to fill the vacancies.
The airline will be promoting its five days on/three days off roster and a one-off £1,200 new joiners allowance in addition to discounted travel across the network.
The recruitment days are being held in Chelmsford on January 10, Colchester on January 18 and Stevenage on January 24.
