Santa’s Lapland adds new departure airports

New routes from Belfast and Southend have been added as Santa’s Lapland puts holidays on sale for winter 2025.

Flights from Northern Ireland start in 2025 while departures from Southend airport have been introduced from December 2024.

The third year of a partnership between the Hotelplan operator and UK theatre company Les Enfants Terribles will see new enhancements to experiences offered.

Les Enfants Terribles has crafted a new storyline to guide holidaymakers through the experience, as well as art directing and set designing several interiors across the operator’s activity centres in Saariselka in north Finland.

All holidays also feature reindeer-driven sleigh rides, tobogganing, meeting Santa and trips led by a team of huskies.

New additions to the premium Santa’s Aurora package include a   ‘Santa’s Elves Workshop’.

Half price child places have also been made available on selected dates.

Santa’s Lapland managing director John Mansell said: “We are so proud of the new additions to Santa’s Lapland we’ve delivered alongside Les Enfants Terribles and look forward to developing more magic with them going forward.

“Over the past two years the partnership has created an enhanced atmosphere and an even more immersive experience, which made Christmas 2023 so successful.

“With popular dates already selling fast for 2024, and 2025 now on sale, it’s best for any families wishing for a magical Christmas to book early to secure their preferred dates.”
