Saudia expands winter UK schedule with extra Manchester flight

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has expanded its UK winter flight schedule with a new weekly flight from Manchester.

Starting this month, the flag carrier of Saudi Arabia has increased the number of weekly flights from the UK city from four to five, returning the service to the pre-pandemic level.

Saudia also flies from Heathrow to Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh twice-a-day and Jeddah once a day.

Hisham Bindkhail, regional Saudia manager in Europe, said: “The UK is an important market.

“Our winter schedule includes connections to and from both major airports, Manchester and Heathrow, and gives guests a great flexibility when traveling to Saudi Arabia.

“We look forward to welcoming guests from the UK on our aircrafts.”

Bindkhail added leisure traffic was “quickly moving forward”.

Routes to and from the UK with Saudia are operated by Boeing B787-900 and B777-300 aircraft.

The carrier connects more than 100 destinations across four continents.
