Tui is adding 1,500 hotels across 22 destinations for summer 2024 on the back of a rebound in holiday bookings from the UK.
The hotels feature heavily in Greece, the Canary Islands and Balearics and are served from more than 20 UK airports.
The new hotels come as the operator saw normal booking patterns return in the January peak period following disruption caused by the pandemic.

Morocco and Tunisia have seen a rise in bookings as great value destinations with a variety of regional flying options and resorts.
May half term is so far the most popular week as families took advantage of free child places on offer.
All-inclusive resorts continue to outperform any other board type across all regions.
But there was a slight increase in self-catering accommodation booked for this summer particularly in Yorkshire, Cardiff and Glasgow making up around 7% of the total.
Customers are opting for shorter stays rather than downgrading on hotel rating despite cost-of-living pressures. However, people are mostly opting for 10 and 11 night stays instead of 14 night durations.
Shorter durations are proving popular with flexibility provided by third party flying and Tui’s expanding city offering.
Four and five star resorts remain most popular across all regions of the UK.
Recent research has shown that city breaks are nearly as popular as beach breaks with Barcelona, Rome, Amsterdam and Krakow the popular city destinations booked for Tui.
