Balkan Holidays has appointed a new head of product and commercial amid plans to expand its product range and passenger carryings.
Andy Jones has 35 years experience working for tour operators and will oversee all product and commercial activities in the new role at the company as the industry emerges from the pandemic.
He joins from Newmarket Holidays, where he was air and cruise product director and has worked for more than 26 years. Prior to that he worked for Cosmos Holidays.
Balkan Holidays managing director Alexander Stoyanov said: “Andy joins us at a perfect time as we look forward with bold plans for both our product offering and increasing passenger numbers. He will be an integral part of how we achieve these.”
Jones said: “I am very excited to be joining such a well established and successful company. I very much look forward to growing the business and being part of the company’s future growth.”
