Dnata hires second trade partnership manager to help homeworkers

Dnata Travel Group has recruited a new trade partnership manager to work with homeworkers in the south region.

Hannah Eldridge, who will start her role on November 21, joins trade partnership manager Nichola Marston, who covers homeworkers in the north of the country.

Her main responsibilities include helping homeworkers grow their businesses and offering product training and knowledge on dnata brands such as Gold Medal, Pure Luxury, Incredible Journeys and Cruise Plus.

She will report into head of commercial relations Clare Weatherall.

Weatherall said: “Hannah will make a great addition to our team of trade partnership managers and will give us the chance to further enhance how we engage with, and support, our valued homeworking agents across the south.

“Our homeworking accounts are trading at around 20% higher than average performance so it’s a very important community for us.

“We’re looking forward to seeing how she can help those located across the south to work with us and maximise opportunities in the months ahead.”

Eldridge’s appointment means there are now two full-time trade partnership managers for homeworkers at dnata.

She previously worked for 15 years in the reservations team at Hotelplan before becoming business development manager for Inghams, Esprit and Santa’s Lapland in June 2013.

Prior to that, she worked for Sunsail and Ski Beat brands.

She said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team and to have the opportunity to apply my passion and travel experience to supporting Gold Medal and the specialist brands.

“Homeworkers put their hearts into helping their customers and it will be fantastic to focus on developing their relationships with us and our industry partners.’’
