Agency group Fred Olsen Travel will hold a two-day conference in April at the De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
The event will start on Tuesday April 23, with business sessions followed by networking drinks, a gala dinner and an awards ceremony.
The second day (April 24) will see further business sessions, a speed-dating and marketplace session, and a BBQ dinner in the evening.
Delegates will depart on April 25.
Fred Olsen Travel’s director of retail sales Paul Hardwick said this will be the first time all sales elements of the business – shops, franchisees and licensee members – have come together, making it the agency’s biggest conference ever.
He added: “We will be focusing on growth opportunities and strategies, how to build on current success and support retail staff, franchisees, licensees and our operator partners with increased sales in 2024 and beyond.
“The conference will come after our record year in 2023 and we are still looking to grow our businesses, highlighted by the conference theme of Don’t Stop Us Now.”
The conference will be attended by shop managers, top sellers, franchisees and licensees along with many of the agency’s top supplier partners.
The chain grew to 19 branches in November 2023 with the opening of its store in Worthing.
Hardwick has targeted a network of 25 stores by the end of 2025.
