Hays Travel has appointed Kieran Savill as product operations manager.
Savill has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry and has manged teams in both call centre and high street retail environments.
He joined Hays in 2016 as commercial team manager and said he is looking forward to bringing his knowledge and supplier relationships to his new role.

“I intend to work closely and in a collaborative way with our supplier partners while also strengthening the position of our in-house tour operation,” he said.
“I want to highlight the benefits of being an independent travel agent and the value this adds to the customer experience.
“We will be strengthening the existing team and recruiting new members which will allow us to continue to highlight our core product strengths as well as growing more specialist holiday types and destinations.”
