The Holiday Franchise Company and parent company Holidaysplease have established a partnership to promote mental health awareness for franchisees, homeworkers and staff.
The tie-up with Everymind was launched during Mental Health Awareness Week, with access offered to the Everymind mobile app and bespoke webinars.
Five head office staff have also been appointed Mental Health Champions and have received specific training.
Joanne Aldridge, head of franchise and one of the champions, said: “We are passionate about supporting our franchisees in the creation, set-up and running of their online travel agencies, but we recognised that we have been, and continue to navigate through, one of the biggest challenges the industry and us as individuals have experienced.
“We needed to do more to support them personally.”
