The JG Travel Group has put its F1 British Grand Prix breaks for 2023 on sale three months early due to strong demand.
The group’s tour operators National Holidays and Just Go! are offering accommodation and a ticket to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in July 2023, including the practice and qualifying day on the Saturday and the race day on the Sunday.
National Holidays is offering two-day coach breaks and four-day ‘make your own way’ travel options while Just Go! Is featuring four-day ‘make your own way’ trips. Coach transfers between the hotel and Silverstone are included.
The group has put the breaks on sale earlier than ever before as a result of demand. Last year the tours were one of the company’s top sellers, and were sold out six months ahead of the July event.
Group trade sales manager Claire Dutton said the tickets had gone on sale just as the 2022 season kicked off in Bahrain at the weekend.
Bookings for this year’s F1 breaks were 24% up on 2021 and similar sales growth is expected for 2023, she said.
She said: “The demand for our F1 breaks has been phenomenal this year and it’s great that agents can already start booking 2023.
“Tickets to the F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone are really sought-after and booking an organised break is a great way of securing them.”
She encouraged agents to promote the transfer element to clients, adding: “It takes the hassle out of trying to arrange parking which can be difficult.”
Prices with National Holidays start from £499 for a two-day coach break and £649 for the four-day self-drive option. Prices with Just Go! Holidays are from £699pp for a four-day self-drive trip.
