Riviera Travel redesigns website for benefit of agents

Riviera Travel has redesigned its website to make it “quicker and easier” for agents and customers to navigate.

The river cruise and touring operator’s online platform now allows all holiday information to be accessed on itinerary pages via a single link, with pop-ups providing information on hotels, ships and activities.

Riviera Travel said it has “simplified” the booking process by displaying pricing and availability sooner than it did previously, and has created a more “streamlined and intuitive design”.

The site also offers information on the operator’s full holiday programme, including river, ocean and tall-ship cruising, escorted tours and dedicated solo traveller trips.

Channel director Stuart Milan said: “The past three years have seen a huge uplift in the number of agents interacting with our digital platforms.

“We’re very excited to release this enhanced version of our website with the online experience now made as easy as possible for all visitors.

“The site perfectly mirrors the outstanding service available to agents throughout the rest of our business.”
