Silver Travel Advisor has announced a two-year charity partnership with Just a Drop.
The tie-up will see Silver Travel Advisor employees raise funds to support clean water projects across the world.
Managing director Lisa McAuley and marketing director Kerry Gallagher will embark on a five-day trek in the Accursed Albanian Alps later this year, which will see them follow ancient paths as they cross the Valbona Pass before scaling Zla Kolata, Montenegro’s highest mountain.
In 2024 the partnership will work towards funding a dedicated project which is yet to be confirmed.
McAuley said: “We are really excited to be working with Just a Drop as our chosen charity partner.
“At Silver Travel Advisor we believe that travel should be a force for good and part of that belief is giving back to international communities who are less fortunate than our own.
“I can’t wait to dust off my hiking boots and head over to Albania; the fact that all donations will support the incredible work that Just a Drop do will make every step worth it.”
