Visit USA changes date of London roadshow to avoid train strikes

Visit USA has changed the date of its London roadshow to October 3 to avoid train strikes.

The association was scheduled to host a “record” 158 agents at its roadshow on October 4, but has moved the event to the day before to avoid strikes on both train and London Underground services.

It will still take place at the Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel from 6-10pm and agents can register to attend on the association’s website.

Visit USA will host another roadshow in Glasgow on October 5.

In addition to meeting US suppliers, agents who attend will have the opportunity to win prizes including flights with Delta or Virgin Atlantic.
