Blue Diamond Resorts has announced its expansion into Barbados with the introduction of a ‘vibrant’ adults-only resort due to open in 2026.
The all-inclusive Royalton Chic Barbados will be 30 minutes’ drive from Barbados International Airport and boast 220 modern suites.
Each suite will have either seafront or sea views or swim-out access and spacious balconies. Its exclusive Diamond Club suites will have personalised butler service, access to a private lounge, secluded areas, and premium amenities.
The resort will include the brand’s signature ‘Party Your Way’ concept of tailored experiences and entertainment.
Its restaurants will offer local and international cuisine, including an international buffet, a speciality steakhouse and a French fusion restaurant.
Its ‘showstopper’ will be the Level 12 rooftop bar and lounge, which will be open to the public and offer panoramic views. It is inspired by the group’s Level 18 bar at the Royalton Chic Cancun resort and will offer ‘high-energy events’.
Non-stop entertainment and activities will be on offer at the resort, with a line-up of events from the resort’s entertainment team, the Chic Angels, as well as spa treatments and fitness classes.
Blue Diamond Resorts president Jordi Pelfort said the resort would be the first new all-inclusive, adults-only property of its kind on the island.
