Celebrity Cruises reveals ‘Someday is Here’ ad campaign

A new brand campaign will see Celebrity Cruises kick-off a new UK advertising push from May 1.

The ‘Someday is Here’ promotion across multiple channels is designed to drive awareness of Celebrity Silhouette returning to service with UK coastal sailings from July 3.

The line will run ads on Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky supported by a broadcast, digital and print plan.

A radio ad will feature across Scala Radio, Jazz FM and regional Classic FM stations.

Revamped Celebrity Silhouette, running a series of six-to-eight-night UK itineraries, is one of three of the company’s ships returning to service this summer.

Incentives and resources made available to support agents include £20 Celebrity Rewards points on each booking, a dedicated marketing toolkit on Celebrity Silhouette and double Captain’s Club loyalty points for passengers. Wi-Fi, drinks and tips are included.

EMEA vice president and managing director Jo Rzymowska, said: “The hero message of our return to service campaign, ‘Someday is Here’, is resonating deeply with everyone at the moment.

“We’ve spent the last year saying, ‘Someday I’ll be on holiday again, dipping my feet in the pool… Someday someone amazing will be cooking for me… Someday I’ll get a break from home schooling and get some me-time back… Someday I’ll be listening to the ocean as I sail away to somewhere new again.’

“Well, we’re here to say that ‘Someday is Here’ and what better place to celebrate it than on a Celebrity Cruise.”
