Clia UK & Ireland has revealed its 15th annual conference will be held in Southampton from May 12 to 14.
The event, which the trade association calls “the largest annual travel agent event of its kind in Europe”, will include ship visits on P&O Cruises’ incoming vessel Arvia; conference sessions and a trade fair.
Attendees can also visit MSC Cruises’ MSC Virtuosa ship; Fred Olsen Cruise Lines’ Balmoral; and Royal Caribbean International’s Anthem of the Seas on the first day.

An industry-wide trade fair will follow in the afternoon.
Agents and suppliers can attend a dinner on the second day after visiting Celebrity Silhouette where a tour, a lunch and main conference sessions will be held.
Prior to the conference, Clia is offering new-to-cruise agents the chance to join a half-day training session on May 11, where they can pick up sales tips and learn about product updates.
Places can be booked at the session when registration for the main conference opens later this month.
Clia said details of the theme and keynote speakers would be announced soon.
Andy Harmer, Clia UK & Ireland managing director, said: “After the huge success of this year’s conference we’re excited to offer a similarly informative and engaging line-up in 2023.
“The first-hand insight agents gain from ship visits is unbeatable, while the networking opportunities on offer at the trade fair and dinner are invaluable.
“We can’t wait to welcome partners from across the trade once again, as our flagship event marks its 15th year.”
