Fred Olsen Cruise Lines puts 2026 extended voyages on sale

Two new grand voyages for 2026 have been unveiled by Fred Olsen Cruise Lines.

The ship Bolette will embark on a 95-night world cruise while Borealis is to sail on a 76-night South America and Antarctic itinerary.

Both depart from Southampton, with the world cruise starting two days earlier in Liverpool on January 5, 2026.

The circumnavigation takes in the Caribbean, Mexico, Pacific islands, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Maldives, Oman, Egypt the Suez Canal, Malta, Gibraltar and La Coruna in Spain.

Prices from Liverpool start at £11,399 per person and ££10,999pp from Southampton.

The South America cruise, timed to coincide with the Rio carnival,  departs from Southampton on January 28, 2026, taking in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Falkland Islands, Antarctic peninsula, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Panama Canal, Costa Rica, Columbia and the Caribbean. The lead-in is £8,999pp.

Both cruises are on general sale from today (Thursday) and come ahead of the line releasing its full 2025-26 schedule next month. The company is offering up to £600 on board send or door-to-door transfer for up to 250 miles in the UK mainland from the departure port.
