Hurtigruten Expeditions is to run its first cruises from Scotland next year.
The expedition line is to deploy the 500-passenger ship MS Maud between Edinburgh port of Leith and Reykjavik.
The North Atlantic cruises cover destinations including Orkney, Shetland and the Faroe Islands.
Two different itineraries of ten days duration have been scheduled on July 1 and September 19.
Prices start at £2,490 per person for the September sailing.
