New Deal Europe plans its biggest ever live event

New Deal Europe has unveiled a new central London venue for its annual marketplace and forum promoting 12 countries in southeast Europe.

The marketing body said it will hold the B2B event on March 28 at Congress Centre, in the West End.

The event connects tourism suppliers from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Greece with operators and agents from the UK, Ireland and beyond in a series of one-to-one meetings.

In the last two years New Deal Europe has arranged more than 4,000 such business meetings, helping develop new holiday products in the region.

Robert Dee (pictured left), co-founder and director of New Deal Europe, said: “We are delighted to announce, that due to the continued growth of the event, we will be moving to a new venue in central London.

“Its state-of-the-art facilities will allow us and our partners, Jacobs Media Group, to deliver an outstanding B2B marketplace, with inspiring destination presentations from national tourism boards.”

His fellow co-founder Tine Murn (second right) said: “With the support of a number of tourism boards and ministries in the region, this promises to be our biggest and best ever live event.

“In addition to prearranged B2B meetings, there is a stimulating content session, with a keynote panel discussing the outstanding tourism growth in the region.

“Last year, Albania was the fastest growing destination on the planet, and Montenegro saw Brits arriving in record numbers, so there is huge consumer interest and a massive opportunity here for tour operators and travel agents to learn more.”

Attendance is free for buyers. Registration for buyers and suppliers is open until March 1 via the NDE website.

Last year, the event was held in Plexal, east London.
