All-inclusive family brand Beaches Resorts is expanding a resort in the Turks and Caicos in a $150 million development.
The new Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort comprises 101 suites and rooms, bringing total capacity up to 858 rooms.
The 100-acre beachfront site includes a 15,000-square-foot swimming pool overlooking the sea; seven new food and drink options including a food hall-style eatery; and a 32-seat cinema.
Bookings have opened for the new property which is due to open in spring 2026.
Company executive chairman Adam Stewart said: “Family time together is life’s greatest treasure, and that philosophy is at the heart of what we’ve set out to create here at Beaches Resorts.
“The Caribbean is a wonderland and mark my words, this is the place where kids will voluntarily surrender their electronic devices.”
