Bookings have opened for the first of two Orient Express sailing yachts due to enter service next summer.
Orient Express Corinthian, claimed to be the largest sailing yacht in the world, is due to make its debut in the Mediterranean.
Featuring 54 suites, the vessel will run two to eight-night itineraries.
Destinations include Monte-Carlo, Portofino, Saint-Tropez, Corsica and Elba.
The vessel will feature multiple restaurants, bars and lounges, including an intimate Art Deco-inspired speakeasy, a 115-seat cabaret venue, two pools and a recording studio.
Orient Express Corinthian and sister ship Orient Express Olympian, set to sail in 2027, will be propelled by sails designed with revolutionary ‘SolidSail’ technology.
The three rigid sails will be mounted on three 110 metre high masts allowing up to 100% propulsion under “suitable” weather conditions, according to the Accor Group company.
