Caribbean cooking expert Shivi Ramoutar and Spanish celebrity chef José Pizarro are collaborating with P&O Cruises to introduce dining options on new ship Arvia.
They will bring local food experiences to the ship’s itineraries in the Caribbean and Mediterranean respectively.
Ramoutar will inspire dishes in The Beach House while Pizarro is creating tapas for The Glass House and Cellar Door venues paired with wines by the line’s food hero Olly Smith.
Fish and plant-based options will also be on offer in a new restaurant, Green & Co feat. Mizuhana, including a sushi bar.
Also new to Arvia is 6th Street Diner styled on the US institution, serving breakfast, brunch and dinner.
Traditional lunches served with a modern twist, including a jumbo Yorkshire pudding filled with Sunday roast favourites will feature at Roast at The Quays, another new dining option on board the ship which enters service in December.
A new swim-up bar will be among more than 30 bars and restaurants on the ship.
