Azamara Cruises launches enhanced global reservation system

Azamara Cruises has updated and relaunched its global reservations platform following agent feedback.

The RezA platform, named following a travel agent competition, aims to streamline the selling process and reservation management.

The system allows the trade to send payment links to clients, give agent recognition at booking level, make group bookings, automate payment reminders and duplicate reservations for clients travelling together.

It also has marketing content and assets which can be sent to clients, and a relaunched Azamara World Academy to help aid better understanding of the cruise line’s unique selling points like small ship sailing and destination immersion.

RezA can be accessed through Azamara’s travel agent portal Connect.Azamara.com.

Webinars and training sessions will be made available to agents to help familiarise themselves with the new platform.

Stuart Pearce, head of UK trade sales at Azamara, said: “Our goal is to provide agents with faster access to essential information, ultimately enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

“We are proud to have received positive feedback from agents across the UK, who have already embraced our new reservation system, recognising its efficiency and ease of use.”
