Carnival Cruise Line bids to extend trade reach with OTT training tie-in

Online Travel Training (OTT) is to host a comprehensive Carnival Cruise Line trade training programme.

The aim is to equip travel agents with the necessary knowledge and resources to confidently book the US line’s itineraries.

Carnival Cruise Line aims to expand its reach to new accounts, including agents who are new to selling cruises, or looking to enhance their expertise.

The training sessions will provide in-depth knowledge about Carnival Cruise Line offerings, helping agents to better serve their clients and grow their business.

Agents who complete the training by August 2025 will be entered into a draw to win a £200 voucher on the line’s loyaltyrocksclub rewards platform.

Carnival Cruise Line international sales vice president Iain Baillie said: “We are thrilled to partner with OTT to reach a new database of travel agents.

“This collaboration allows us to showcase why Carnival should be their top choice for clients.

“By leveraging OTT’s extensive network and innovative training platform, we aim to provide travel agents with the knowledge and resources they need to confidently book their clients onto our cruises.”

OTT founder Julia Feuell added: “Our platform is designed to connect travel suppliers with agents worldwide, ensuring they have the tools and training to sell products effectively.

“This partnership will enable us to inspire and educate more travel professionals about the unique experiences Carnival offers, ultimately driving more bookings and satisfied clients.”
