Coaching, mentorship and training is to be offered by new luxury cruise agency Club Voyages to homeworkers.
Specialist Reality Training will deliver the programme to help them optimise sales and ensure they are delivering ‘premium’ customer service.
The training is available to current and future agents who join Club Voyages as part of wider support as it puts the development of its self-employed travel consultants at the centre of its growth strategy.
Interactive online sessions will be hosted by Jeremy Blake, training director at Reality Training, including modules on winning new customers, selling higher value holidays, and harnessing social media.
The Reality Training team will work closely with Club Voyages to monitor improvements in performance on an ongoing basis, with individual components tailored to the needs of specific agents accordingly.
