Cunard claims positive feedback to travel agent sales blitz

Cunard has claimed positive agent feedback to a nationwide sale blitz to mark 2025 cruises going on sale.

A 15-strong team visited more than 150 agents across 70 stores over two days on to deliver news about the programme, including new ship Queen Anne’s maiden world voyage.

The visits were an opportunity for Cunard personnel to learn more about the issues impacting agents in the current climate, allowing its sales team to provide brand insights while enhancing customer relationships.

The agent store visits also generated discussions around the countdown to the launch of Queen Anne in May next year, as well as positive feedback about the various benefits and training courses available on Shine Rewards Club.

UK sales director Tom Mahoney said: “We are delighted with the success of our recent sales blitz and the fantastic response that we have received from travel agents across the UK.

“Our dedicated sales team has worked tirelessly to showcase our extraordinary Cunard fleet and unique onboard experiences to our valued travel partners, and the feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive.

“We remain committed to supporting our travel agent community and working together to create unforgettable experiences for our mutual customers.”
