Explora Journeys, MSC Group’s new luxury brand, has created a service that allows travel agents to quickly set up an appointment with one of its customer service representatives.
According to the yet-to-launch line, in “just four clicks” agents can make a future appointment lasting up to 30 minutes.
Meetings created through the “By Appointment” service allow agents to discuss subjects such as suite waiting list requests or details about Explora I’s eight debut voyages, starting from May 16, 2023, Explora Journeys said.
Research, surveys and focus groups helped the line develop the new service.
In addition to the appointment service, agents will still be able to call the yet-to-launch line’s call centre without scheduling an appointment or contact sales staff via the Explora Journeys’ website.
Chief sales officer Chris Austin said: “One of our key points of differentiation is how we support our global travel adviser community.
“We wanted to totally remove on-hold time and put the control in the hands of our travel partners.
“The result is, they get to speak to our dedicated ‘ambassadors’ at their convenience and, waitlist suites for their valued clients exclusively before we open for public sale later this year.”
